Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and other e-learning software will be viewed favorably. You are expected to have a solid understanding of competency and outcome-based teaching methodologies, a proven track record as a trainer, excellent communication and presentation skills, and superior time management abilities. Critical thinking, decision-making prowess, and an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field will further bolster your candidature.
